1.July 1981 the company Werner F. Kaatz opened its doors
as an individual firm. Because of its continuous success the company
Werner F. Kaatz was inscribed in Siegburg as a GmbH number HRB 2094 on
the 19. November 1984. The main capital amounts to 25.000 Euro.
The managers are Werner Friedrich Kaatz and Roland Kaatz.
Our company specializes in air freight and offers its services with
special regard to speed and the solution of very individual problems.
Because of the increased security regulations we are registered
as “reglementierter Beauftragter” since 2010 under number
DE/RA/00798-01.
Due to our contract with DHL Global Forwarding we have access to agencies
all over the world and reasonable freight rates.
We offer our services 24 hours every day of the week, so that every
customer’s wishes will be attended to even after regular office hours.
Mainly we forward:
-spare parts for machines, as well as complete mechanical installations
-films for TV-stations, books and learning material for institutes
-diplomatic mail with the highest security standards
-“diplo cargo”, provisions for every German embassy and consulate all over the world.
We offer courier services, not attended or attended. For air freight we offer
split charter as well as full charter.
We offer all other forwarding services including special customs regulations
for import and export. We support you with the installation of customs
warehouses and customs clearance.
Dangerous goods shipments in air freight are practiced daily.
Our very experienced employees will gladly offer you solutions for packaging and labelling.
